Artist Monta Krafte joins the "Art That Helps" charity initiative with five original paintings

Sometimes one story inspires another.

After seeing the announcement about the travelling exhibition "Art That Helps" arriving in Liepāja, artist Monta Krafte responded to the social media post expressing her wish to take part in the initiative. Following a conversation with artist Artis Berkmanis, it was decided that five of her original paintings would become part of both the exhibition and the charity auction.

From now on, visitors can discover Monta Krafte's paintings as part of the travelling exhibition and place bids through the Art-is-Artis website.

"Art That Helps" combines original art with a meaningful cause. After the auction closes, 90% of the proceeds will be donated to the Children's Hospital Foundation initiative "Big Care for Little Ones", helping provide caregivers for children during hospital treatment.

Monta's decision to join is an important milestone for the initiative itself. It shows that the project is beginning to inspire not only visitors but fellow artists who wish to contribute their own work to a shared purpose.
