Some dreams remain out of reach. Reaching still matters.

At least I tried captures a small cat stretching one paw towards a crescent moon. The night around it is almost completely dark. Only a few pale lines reveal the cat, the moon and the distance between them.

There is no promise that the paw will ever touch the moon. That uncertainty is the heart of the painting. The gesture is earnest, improbable and brave — a quiet attempt to reach beyond what seems possible.

The painting carries ambition without noise and effort without spectacle. It speaks of the courage to try, the pull of the unknown and the dreams that continue to call us even when they feel impossibly far away.

Sometimes success is not the only measure of courage. Sometimes the attempt itself becomes proof that we refused to remain still.
